About
Air fryer recipes,
done properly.
Most air fryer recipes tell you a temperature and a time and leave you to find out the rest yourself. This site is an attempt to do the opposite.
What we publish
Every recipe here is built around getting a genuinely crisp result out of a domestic air fryer — no deep frying, no overnight marinating, and nothing that needs equipment you'd use twice a year. Quantities are exact. Times are real. Where a technique changes the outcome, we explain why rather than just instructing you to do it.
The details we don't skip
- Batch sizes that actually fit. A kilo of wings will not go in one layer in a 4–5 litre basket. Recipes that pretend otherwise produce steamed food.
- The step that decides it. Drying chips before they go in. Baking powder on chicken skin. Not patting halloumi dry. These are the differences between a recipe working and not.
- Honest sourcing. Every recipe names where its method came from, at the bottom of the page.
How the videos are made
The short videos on our social channels are made with AI generation tools, and they're labelled as such on every platform that offers a label. The recipes themselves are not generated — they're sourced from published, corroborated technique, and each page cites where its method came from.
We think that's the honest arrangement: use the tools for the filming, not for deciding how long chicken needs.
Air fryers vary
Wattage and basket size differ enormously between models. Treat every time on this site as a guide, go by colour and crispness rather than the clock, and adjust seasoning to your taste. If a recipe doesn't work for you, tell us — we'd rather correct it.
